It’s Mother’s Day this week!
We’re celebrating our moms (and all the loving women in our lives) this week with Mommy&Me Airplane Pose! This is a gentle pose for both you and your little one. It’s safe on your lower back, promotes healthy digestion, and most importantly this pose is great for maintaining a strong connection with your child.
Step 1. Lay on your back with knees up, feet touching the ground
Step 2. Baby sits at your feet with their legs in V-shape
Step 3. Baby lays their belly on your shins, tuck your feet under their bottom for support
Step 4. Count to 3 with your little one and lift your legs to table top
Step 5. Laugh, love and engage with your child – Have them pretend to be an airplane soaring through the air!
