Lizard on a Rock!

This is a signature favorite in a wide range of our classes. Whether you have 2 kids or a big group at a party it’s the perfect pose to buddy up and try at home! Follow these steps to see how it’s done:

Step 1: Yogi 1 will come to a Child’s Pose with their arms spread on either side. Make sure you’re comfortable and pretend you’re the rock!

Step 2: Yogi 2 will come to Frog Pose right behind them.

Step 3: Very gently, Yogi 2 will stretch out their arms and legs as they lay back over their “rock” like a lazy lizard in the sun.

Step 4: Yogi 2 will hook their arms under Yogi 1’s arms and hold hands for added fun!

Step 5: Switch! Taking turns between being the lizard and the rock!
