Pose of the Week!
Need some time to chill out? Well then this is the pose for you! This week we’re relaxing in Waterfall Pose. This pose relieves tired, overworked legs and feet, it can help regulate blood pressure and improve digestion. It gives you and your little one the benefits of an inversion without the effort.
Grab a blanket and let’s get started!
Step 1. Fold your blanket several times until it’s a nice comfy square shape.
Step 2. Find a wall and place the blanket at the base of that wall.
Step 3. Lay on your back with the blanket supporting your lower back and bottom. Bring your knees to your chin like a little ball.
Step 4. When your ready straighten your legs and rest your heels against the wall. Take a deep breath in and sigh out.
Step 5. Relax. Let your arms lay comfortably on either side of your body and close your eyes. Breathe here for at least 5 minutes.
TIP: Grab an eye pillow and spray it with your favorite scent for some aroma therapy!
