How do I sign up for a class?
Zooga has a couple of different ways to sign up for a class. You can sign up online at zoogayoga.com/westhollywood or with the Zooga Yoga West Hollywood Phone App. We do not always get back to our messages right away, so it’s best to make reservations online. Of course, if you have questions, please call us!
What should I bring?
If taking an ADULT or PARENT & ME yoga class, please bring a yoga mat. Adult mats are available to rent for $2. Kids mats are free. (Mats are not required for dance and music classes)
Is there parking?
YES! We have ample parking in the back of our building in the parking garage.
How early should I arrive?
For your first visit, we recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before the class to fill out a waiver, pay, and checking out the studio.
Does Zooga offer a free trial class?
We do not offer a free trial class. We do offer a single class rate of $24, if you prefer to try a class first. (We can prorate the price of a Zoopak or membership, by deducting your drop in price.) We also offer a GREAT NEW CLIENT SPECIAL offer.
Can I drop in for a class?
You may drop in. Our drop in price is $24 per single class. However, classes do fill up and we cannot guarantee a spot. Reservations are recommended.
Do you have sessions?
All of our classes are ongoing, so your favorite classes will most likely be around for a long time. You can enroll at anytime and do not need to worry about make-ups.
How early should I make a reservation?
We recommend making a reservation about 5 days in advance, as classes do fill up. You can also sign up for classes in advance under “advanced registration” and manage in your account under schedule.
What if I have to cancel my reservation?
Cancelling a yoga class requires a 12-hour notice or you may be charged a $10 late cancel fee for the class. You will not be charged unless you are consistently late cancelling or have 2 or more no shows. It is better to late cancel than to be a no-show, so it can allow us to let in waitlisters.
I am running late for a class, what do I do?
Please give us a call and let us know you are running late and we will save your spot. If you have a reservation and you are late (and have not called us), you may give up your spot to a waitlister.
How does the waitlist work?
Five (5) minutes before class starts, we will call names in order as they appear on the wait list until we are at capacity. If you signed up onto the waitlist online, and we add you, will receive an auto email confirmation and/or text. If you need to know and it’s getting close to class starting, you can always call us to check your status!
Our “Om” is your Home:
Zooga prides itself on it’s cleanliness! We disinfect the toys every night, our floors are scrubbed every evening, Swifter mopped throughout the day and steam cleaned on the weekends– and we are continuously wiping down all surfaces, toys and props throughout the day. We do laundry for all washable items at the studio – i.e. blankets, scarves, puppets and more! We have our kids here all the time… we want it to be as germ free as possible for our kids as well as yours!
