After graduating from USC with a BA in Film/Television (Magna Cum Laude), Antonia enjoyed a career as an Executive Producer in Film and Television for more than 15 years with an emphasis on youth content, including a variety of animated feature films for Pixar, Disney, Fox and Sony, as well as writing, directing and producing programming for MTV. However, her passion for the arts started well before that.

Antonia’s had a lifelong love of dance and performance. Her background includes childhood ballet, contemporary dance, musicals and the occasional TV and print acting job. As an adult, she has studied dance, Pilates and yoga for more than 20 years with some of LA’s best yoga instructors including Bryan Kest and Steven Earth. In addition, Antonia is certified as a children’s yoga teacher.

In 2012, Antonia combined her love of children, yoga and entertainment to create, “Zooga Yoga” a unique brand of yoga studio and yoga program for kids and family. Today she continues to run her Los Angeles based studio, while working to expand Zooga Yoga across the US. In her free time, she continues to practice yoga, enjoys seeing movies with her husband, makes time for lunches with friends and gets to play soccer mom to her three little ones, Hudson, Mila and Oliver. With her husband, Chris, they are truly living their dream being entrepreneurs, parents and students of life, always trying to learn and be better – the same philosophy that will continue to fuel her entrepreneurial success.

“Great teachers are at the heart of all success, both business and personal.”

Brooke is mom to yogis Dylan and Kyle and loves to create ways to keep her kids moving.  She grew up in the Valley, attended Chaminade, and graduated from U.C. Berkeley with a B.A. in English LiteratureShe has worked in the entertainment, beauty and spa, and commercial real estate industries.

Brooke has always had a passion for health and wellness.  A few years back while waiting for a yoga class, she saw an ad for Zooga Yoga that really struck a chord.  She knew it was something she wanted to be a part of and tucked it in the back of her mind.  When the pandemic hit, she knew the time had arrived to make a career change that would improve the quality of life for herself and her family.

At ages 10 and 14, her children, like others in the area, are already facing the pressures of today’s fast paced world and all the stress that goes along with it.  The Zooga core values really resonate with her, especially the focus on encouraging happiness and well-being.  She is excited to bring all that Zooga has to offer to Calabasas!
